Dairyland & Gridliance Maridell Power Line Expansion project Tuesday Sept 23 7pm
Town residents along the existing Dairyland power line have been alerted to the possible expansion of the existing Dairyland line crossing their property. The Dairyland and Gridliance Maridell Expansion project is required by regulators to consider all existing routes for their grid expansion project, which means the line crossing Webster is a possible alternative route for the huge new line. To be proactive, a citizen group will be meeting to discuss our possible actions to oppose the line expansion. The first meeting will be held at the Town Hall Tuesday Sept 23 at 7pm, the meeting is open to all interested parties. This is an informational meeting, and organizing for possible actions we can take to protect our local environment.
