Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Town of Webster Board of Supervisors,

May 10, 2005

 

Chairman Oliphant called special board meeting to order at 7:00 PM. A total of 9 people were in attendance including all board members.  The purpose of the meeting is open bids for gravel and rock and mowing bids for Mt. Zion Cemetery and Town Hall lawns.

 

Gravel & Road Rock Bids:

            The Kraemer Company was the only bid received.

Motion by Nemec, seconded by Parker to adjourn.

 

The Town Board completed the yearly audit of the Clerk and Treasurer’s books.  The Board approved that the record books were in order with no problems or concerns.
